- Admin Dashboard: The dashboard section gives you access to all sections of the Admin Portal. Users can easily navigate to any section by clicking the links given on the page.
- Community Management: Administrators can upload company logo and setup the community specific configuration in this section. A set of question/answers will guide the administrators through setting up a new community.
- Group Management: Administrators can manage all the groups within the enterprise domain including creating, editing and deleting. User can upload an image for a group and configure role based administration of groups as well.
- Address Book Management: Administrators can use the address book for keeping up to date contact information about all domain users.
- Messages and Files: This section contains in-depth details about the chat history of the users and the files that have transferred using WebIM.
- My Account: This section allows administrators to do the customization of their Website IM account. They can changes their personal details like contact info and password from this section also.
